Russ Moya has over 25 years security experience at management levels for Fortune 500
companies, including Director of Security Staff in support of Corporate Headquarters for
Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech and High-Tech companies and hospitals. Mr. Moya has also
designed and carried out security installations for high-end executive residences.
Mr. Moya has successfully designed and built security programs from the ground up,
including state-of-the-art Access Control and integrated CCTV systems. He has
assisted companies, both large and small, through numerous crisis situations and
designed Emergency Response Programs and training sessions for corporate staff. He is
a regular guest speaker at conferences, including the California Bio-Medicial Research
Association and the University of California at San Diego. Mr. Moya's experience as a
successful team leader and trainer has taught him the importance of putting the client's
